This is why the rapid formation and boost for support of existing national technology transfer institutions is witnessed on the regular basis. Reviews state that these kinds of institutions are facing various challenges. One of the basic challenges is due to the mismatch between the expectations and the structure of the institution. This problem by itself is caused by the global viewing on the problem. In this essay the technology transfer problem will be decomposed and different parts will be discussed to determine appropriate structure of national institutions. با توجه به تاثيرات گرايش عمومي جهاني شدن در اقتصاد و روابط اجتماعي، توجه حكومت‌ها به موضوع انتقال فناوري در حال گسترش بوده و به همين دليل شاهد تاسيس و حمايت انواع مختلفي از سازمان‌هاي ملي براي اهتمام به اين موضوع هستيم. بررسي‌ها حاكي از آن است كه اين گونه سازمان‌ها با چالش‌هاي گوناگوني در ايفاي نقش خود مواجه هستند. بخشي از اين چالش‌ها ناشي از عدم هماهنگي بين توقعات كاركردي و ساختار و توان سازماني است. اين امر بيش از هر چيز معلول نگاه كليشه‌اي و تجزبه‌ناپذير به موضوع انتقال فناوري است. در اين نوشتار سعي بر آن بوده تا با تجزيه موضوع، به تبيين انواع كاركرد‌هاي مورد نياز و سازمان‌هاي متناسب با آن مبادرت شود. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20219
