When the University moved to a higher level of energy balance, in other words, from the traditional to the entrepreneurial university level, balance of the forces to maintain the conditions is required so that university wouldn’t go back to the former situattion. After the formation of the entrepreneur university, similarly forces affect the process of technology transfer and commercialization of research findings As one of the most important topics of the third mission of the university. The present Research uses library research and with use of multidisciplinary perspective, analyzes the forces shaping the entrepreneurial university and technology transfer from the perspective of the dynamics, Social Change, linguistics, the physics of electricity, and psychology. The findings suggests that driving forces and restraining forces (The intensity of the applied research and becoming market university) due to circumstances may help to instability, Change, and finally, stability. شکل‌گیری دانشگاه کارآفرین از دل دانشگاه سنتی، محصول تأثیر متقابل نیروهای مختلفی است که خلاقیت و کنش جمعی، از ویژگی‌های بارز آن است. پس از آن که دانشگاه به سطح بالاتری از تراز انرژی یعنی از سطح دانشگاه سنتی به سطح دانشگاه کارآفرین منتقل می‌گردد، تعادل نیروها برای حفظ شرایط به گونه‌ای الزامی است که دانشگاه به وضعیت سابق باز نگردد. پس از شکل‌گیری دانشگاه کارآفرین، همین‌گونه نیروها بر فرایند انتقال فناوری و تجاری‌سازی دستاوردهای تحقیقاتی دانشگاه نیز به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین سرفصل‌های مهم مأموریت سوم دانشگاهی تأثیرگذارند. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش تحقیق کتابخانه‌ای و با بهره‌گیری از نگاه فرارشته‌ای، به تحلیل نیروهای مؤثر بر شکل‌گیری دانشگاه کارآفرین و انتقال فناوری از منظر دینامیک (نیروهای جانب و گریز از مرکز)، تغییر اجتماعی (کرت لوین)، زبان‌شناسی، فیزیک الکتریسیته و روان‌شناسی می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد نیروهای پیش‌برنده مانند "تأمین مالی و تجهیزات تحقیق، شناخت بازار، یادگیری و ..." و بازدارنده مانند "به شدت کاربردی شدن تحقیقات و بازاری شدن کارکرد دانشگاه" می‌تواند با توجه به شرایط در خروج از ثبات، تغییر و ثبات مجدد مؤثر باشد. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20289
