The use of such systems has left a significant impact on facilitating the management process. Thus, by providing the means of information production, process and distribution among different levels of management, managers have been enabled to monitor the flow of information in their organizations, relying on more knowledge to apply more determined and technical management. To achieve this goal, information systems have been paid due attention while organizations invest heavily in developing information systems. Therefore, it is vital to evaluate the success of information systems in order to understand their value and efficiency and justify the huge amount of investment made in the development of such systems. The present study was aimed at evaluating the success of information systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) in Iran Khodro Company using Delone and MacLean model. A questionnaire was designed based on six criteria including the quality of information, the quality of system, the quality of service, user satisfaction, the use of system and individual impact. The statistical society of research of 25000 people including managers, experts and employees in Iran Khodro car manufacturing company.379 samples were the required sample size, determined from the formula .The research in terms of objective is an applied research and in terms of methodology and implementation is the kind of descriptive analytic research with an emphasis on the correlation branch. First, the variables were described by statistical tables and indices using SPSS. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze data, test hypotheses and generalize the results to population using LISREL. The results of this research show that the acceptance of a system of information, especially from prospective of end users, arising from the ratio between the person and information systems. Finally, solutions have been provided to improve the refuted hypotheses. در محيط متحول، پويا و رقابتي كسب و كار كنوني سازمان‌ها، توسعه و استقرار سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي مدرن به صورت بسيار گسترده مورد توجه مديران قرار گرفته و كاربرد اين سيستم‌ها تأثيرات شگرفي را در تسهيل فرايند مديريت بر جاي گذاشته است. به‌طوري‌كه با ارائه ابزارهاي توليد، پردازش و توزيع اطلاعات به مديران سطوح مختلف اين امكان را فراهم نموده كه با اتكا به دانش بيشتر بتوانند بر جريان حركت اطلاعات در سازمان خود نظارت داشته باشند و مديريت سنجيده‌تر و فني‌تري بر آن اعمال نمايند. براي نیل به اين هدف، سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي به‌طور چشم‌گيري مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند و سازمان‌ها سرمايه‌گذاري‌هاي سنگيني براي ايجاد و توسعه اين سيستم‌ها متقبل مي‌شوند. بنابراين، ارزيابي موفقيت سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي به‌منظور درك ارزش و كارايي سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي و توجيه حجم هنگفت سرمايه‌گذاري انجام شده در ايجاد و توسعه اين سيستم‌ها لازم و حياتي است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي ميزان موفقيت سيستم‌هاي اطلاعاتي (برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان) شركت ايران‌خودرو براساس مدل دلون و مكلين مي‌باشد كه براساس شش معيار كيفيت اطلاعات، كيفيت سيستم، كيفيت خدمات، رضايت كاربر، استفاده از سيستم و تأثير فردي پرسشنامه طراحي شده است. جامعه آماری 25000 نفری تحقیق را مدیران، کارشناسان و کارمندان که در شرکت خودروسازی ایران‌خودرو فعالیت تشکیل می‌دهند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه مورد نیاز 379 نمونه تعیین گردید. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي است و از لحاظ روش و اجرا، تحقيق حاضر از تحقيقات توصيفي- تحليلي با تأكيد بر شاخه همبستگي مي‌باشد. در اين تحقيق ابتدا با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS هر متغيير در قالب جداول و شاخص‌هاي آماري توصيف شده و سپس جهت تجزيه تحليل داده‌ها، آزمون فرضيه‌ها و در كل براي تعميم نتايج از نمونه به جامعه آماري از روش مدل‌سازي معادله ساختاري بوسيله نرم‌افزار LISREL استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پذیرش یک سیستم اطلاعاتی به‌خصوص از دیدگاه کاربران نهایی، ناشی از تناسب بین شخص و سیستم‌هاي اطلاعاتی است. در نهايت پس از بررسي اين سيستم اطلاعاتي مشخص شد كه اين سيستم اطلاعاتي از كيفيت قابل قبولي برخوردار است و راه‌كارهايي جهت بهبود فرضیه‌های رد شده ارائه شد. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20301
