Incubators are designed to support educated entrepreneurs and provide the growth opportunities for new companies by providing them general facilities. Identifying and studying the various factors that are affecting the development of entrepreneurship and incubators can be effective in policy making for the promotion of entrepreneurial activities. The present study sought to identify the factors affecting the development of incubators, identifying 36 factors and categorizing them in six categories containing company general characteristics, manpower characteristics, infrastructures, market and competition, financial affairs and environmental factors. The statistical population of the study consists of 6 experts from the incubator of Technology Units of the University of Guilan. Prioritizing 36 factors using the analytic network process methodology indicates that five factors: supporting mechanisms (government and university), the existence of experienced consulting teams, organizational structure of companies based in incubators, the field of activity of these companies and their age have the highest priorities than other factors, in other words, they have the greatest impact on the development of incubators. Of course, given that the prioritization of these factors has been used by experts in the incubator of Technology Units of the University of Guilan, it can not be fully generalized to other Centers. مراکز رشد یکی از ابزارهای رشد اقتصادی هستند که به منظور حمایت از کارآفرینان تحصیل‌کرده تأسیس می‌شوند و با ارائه امکانات و تسهیلات عمومی، زمینه پا گرفتن شرکت‌های جدید را فراهم می‌کنند. امروزه مراکز رشد نقش بسیار مهمی در پیشرفت و توسعه اقتصادی و صنعتی کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و در حال توسعه ایفا می‌کنند. شناسایی و بررسی عوامل مختلفی که بر توسعه کارآفرینی و مراکز رشد مؤثر هستند، می‌تواند در برنامه‌ریزی‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری‌های کلان برای ارتقای فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه کمکی مؤثر باشد. تحقیق حاضر در پی شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه مراکز رشد بوده و در این راستا 36 عامل را شناسایی نموده و آن‌ها را در شش دسته مشخصات عمومی شرکت، ویژگی‌های نیروی انسانی، زیرساخت‌ها، بازار و رقابت، مسائل مالی و عوامل محیطی طبقه‌بندی کرده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 6 تن از کارشناسان مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور دانشگاه گیلان تشکیل می‌دهد. اولویت‌بندی 36 عامل با استفاده از روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای نشان‌دهنده آن است که پنج عامل مکانیزم‌های حمایتی (دولت و دانشگاه)، وجود تیم‌های مشاوره‌ای باتجربه، ساختار سازمانی شرکت‌های مستقر در مراکز رشد، زمینه فعالیت این شرکت‌ها و سن آن‌ها از بالاترین اولویت‌ها برخوردار هستند و به عبارت دیگر بیشترین تأثیر را بر توسعه مراکز رشد دارا هستند. البته با توجه به این که در اولویت‌بندی این عوامل از نظر خبرگان مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور دانشگاه گیلان بهره گرفته شده است، نمی‌توان به‌طور کامل آن را قابل تعمیم به سایر مراکز دانست. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20689
