Cost reduction and quality improvement has been introduced as bases for survival in global markets. What make this easier and accelerate it, are technical changes and improving efficiency and productivity. On the one hand, technology has a special position in theories of economic growth and in regard to constraints in economy and optimal use of available resources has an important role. Technology is divided into different levels with different features and effects. One of these effects is the differences of efficiency between the different levels of technology that this paper intends to compare the efficiency of industries with different technologies. For this purpose, data from firms with 10 employees or more from Iran Statistical Center has been used. In this study, the efficiency of industries with various technology levels (high tech industries, medium tech industries and low tech industries) using data envelopment analysis (DEA) has been measured. Industries with different technologies have different production functions, so in order to estimate production functions of these industries, econometric panel data method has been used. Results of the research indicate that managerial efficiency of low technology industries, in comparison with other industries, is lower and technical efficiency of high technology industries is lower than other industries. However, industries with medium level of technology have appropriate level of technical efficiency, technological efficiency, and managerial efficiency and also scale efficiency. روند روزافزون رقابت، ارتقای فني و تكنيكي اقتصاد را به امري اجتناب ناپذير تبديل نموده و بهبود كيفيت و كاهش هزينه را به عنوان شرط بقا در بازار معرفي نموده است. آنچه موجب اين وضعيت مي‌گردد و آنرا سهولت مي‌بخشد تحولات فني، بالا بردن كارايي و بهره‌وري است. از سویی در نظريه‌هاي مربوط به رشد اقتصادي، تكنولوژي جايگاه ويژه‌اي دارد و به سطوح مختلفي با ويژگي‌ها و تأثیرات متفاوتي تقسیم می‌شود. يكي از اين تأثيرات تفاوت كارايي در بين سطوح مختلف تكنولوژي است كه این مقاله در نظر دارد تا کارایی صنایع با فناوری متفاوت را مورد مقايسه قرار دهد. بدين منظور از داده‌هاي مربوط به بنگاه‌های صنعتي با 10 نفر کارکن و بیشتر در ایران كه توسط سرشماري مركز آمار ايران جمع‌آوري گرديده است، استفاده مي‌شود. در این مطالعه کارایی صنایع با تکنولوژی مختلف (صنايع با فناوري برتر، متوسط و پايين) با استفاده از روش ناپارامتریک تحليل پوششی داده‌ها (DEA) مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. از آنجا كه صنایع با تکنولوژی‌های مختلف از توابع تولید متفاوتی برخوردارند، به منظور تخمين توابع توليد اين صنايع با استفاده از روش اقتصادسنجي پانل ديتا، توابع توليد برآورد مي‌گردند. نتایج نشان مي‌دهد كه كارایی مدیریتی در صنایع با فناوری ساده نسبت به ساير صنايع در سطح نازل‌تري قرار دارد و سطح كارايي فني در صنايع با فناوري برتر در مقايسه با ساير سطوح تكنولوژي پايين‌تر مي‌باشد. اين در حالي است كه صنايع با سطح تكنولوژي متوسط بر اساس كارايي فني، تكنولوژيكي، مديريتي و همچنين صرفه‌هاي ناشي از مقياس از سطح مناسبي برخوردار است. http://roshdefanavari.ir/ar/Article/Download/20126
