This capital or asset is under consideration at the society level, government, industry and university alike, and their integration constitute the countrys Intangible or Intellectual Assets. In this paper, considering the key role of the University on establishing society or organization based on the knowledge, the technology of establishing and evaluating this kind of the capital will be investigated in the University. The paper also introduces some of the peculiarities of the Knowledge Society and characteristics of Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital. در اين مقاله موضوع مهم سرمايه‌هاي فکري كه در زمينه‌سازي و ايجاد جامعه و سازمان‌ها مبتني بر دانش نقش اساسي ايفاء مي‌کند و خود نيز محصول جامعه و سازمان‌هاي مبتني بر دانش محسوب مي‌شود، مورد توجه قرار مي‌گيرد. اين سرمايه و يا دارائي در سطح جامعه، دولت‏، صنعت و دانشگاه مطرح است و تجمع آنها دارايي‌هاي فكري كشور را تشكيل مي‌دهد. در اين مقاله با توجه به نقش کليدي دانشگاه در ايجاد جامعه يا سازمان مبتني بر دانش نحوه ايجاد و ارزيابي اين نوع از سرمايه در دانشگاه مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. همچنين در اين نوشتار برخي از ويژگي‌هاي جامعه دانشي و خصوصيات مديريت دانش و دارايي‌هاي فكري معرفي مي‌شوند. http://roshdefanavari.ir/ar/Article/Download/20229
