The aim of present article is Identifying and ranking Entrepreneurial University's Structure Dimension. Entrepreneurial university appearance as a center which focus on humanity knowledge and publication of that, investigation, preparation and university attendance on development of economic and social with more operational system, can be known as one of the most important events in recent years. By attention to necessity of developing these kind of universities, must examine structure basis of that and Iran,s universities should be noticed to this kind of university. In this investigation, researchers after library considerations, proceed to recognition of effective structural dimensions on entrepreneurial university using Delphi method in three rounds. then they ranked this dimensions by using AHP. After recognizing dimensions by using Delphi method they ordered by using networking process: integration, independence, professionalism, complexity, centralization and formality. The result of present article shows that scientific system of country should notice to a lot of structural dimension's in the universities especially in independence and integration and professionalism. Because Entrepreneurial University's Structure should persuade creativity and synergy. The leading role, combination of the components of the composition and independence, is the one of the most influential factors that affecting on the structure. هدف: با عبور از نسل اول و دوم دانشگاه‌ها که به ترتیب دانشگاه‌های آموزش محور و پژوهش محور نامیده می‌شوند، نسل سوم تحت عنوان دانشگاه کارآفرینی معرفی گردیده است. دانشگاه‌ها هدف این نوشتار، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌های ساختاری دانشگاه کارآفرین در جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. دانشگاه کارآفرین در این پژوهش، دانشگاهی دانست که سه وظیفه مهم حفاظت از دانش بشری و انتشار آن، پژوهش، و بسترسازی برای نقش‌آفرینی دانشگاه در توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی را در محیط متلاطم خود بر عهده دارد؛ لذا حرکت دانشگاه‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران به سوی چنین تحولی، امری بسیار مهم و حیاتی است. روش: این پژوهش به روش کیفی انجام گرفته است، پژوهشگران پس از انجام مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، با استفاده از روش‌شناسی دلفی در سه دور به شناسایی ابعاد ساختاری مؤثر بر ساختار دانشگاه کارآفرین پرداختند، سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) که یکی از مهم‌ترین روش‌های اولویت‌بندی است، مؤلفه‌ها رتبه‌بندی گردید. ابعاد ساختاری شناسایی شده پس از اجرای دلفی و رتبه‌بندی تحلیل سلسله‌ مراتبی، به ترتیب عبارتند از: ترکیب، استقلال، حرفه‌ای‌گرایی، پیچیدگی، تمرکز و رسمیت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که به منظور تحقق دانشگاه کارآفرین، می‌بایست تغییرات ساختاری گسترده در نظام آموزش عالی به ویژه در ابعاد استقلال، ترکیب و حرفه‌ای‌گرایی صورت گیرد، زیرا محیط ساختاری دانشگاه کارآفرین باید مشوق فضای خلاقیت و هم‌افزایی باشد. همچنین نقش ترکیبی رهبر که از مؤلفه های ترکیب و استقلال محسوب می شوند، از جمله تأثیرگذارترین مؤلفه های مؤثر در ساختار مذکور هستند. http://roshdefanavari.ir/ar/Article/Download/20417
