Investors and suppliers to meet the needs of customers in a competitive environment must decide: 1) domestic production, 2) transfer of technology, and 3) a combination of both. This paper has initially studied definitions of technology and technology transfer and different aspects of technology acquisition process, the identification, selection, transfer, exploitation and dissemination. The decision models presented by little and Ford have been studied, based on the data, a model for the study was provided. In the first phase, the project was developed Executive structure of acquisition and division of Duties. The second step is the most important activities, assessment capabilities and industry suppliers that are identified and assessed. Data were analyzed by Ford Models. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of access, internal development and transfer, has been studied. حدود 3000 كيلومتر خطوط ساحلي، دسترسي به دريا در شمال و جنوب كشور، دسترسي به آب‏هاي آزاد (اقيانوس هند)، از جمله مزيت‌هاي مهم جغرافيايي كشور در حوزه دريايي بوده و سبب شده صنايع دريايي دارای جايگاه ويژه‌اي در اقتصاد كشور ‌باشد. صرفه اقتصادی ترانزیت دریایی و بهره‌برداری حداکثری از منابع دریا، ضرورت جايگزيني شناورهاي فرسوده چوبی با شناورهاي لندینگ‌کرافت را دو چندان نموده است. بدین منظور مهمترین اهداف این تحقیق توسعه حمل و نقل دریایی و ترانزیت کالا و دستیابی به توانمندی تولید شناورهای لندینگ کرافت می‌باشد. سرمایه‌گذاران و تأمین‌کنندگان شناور در تصمیم‌گیری نحوه تأمین، با دو سؤال روبرو هستند 1) اولویت سرمایه‌گذاری براساس کدام روش اکتساب است؟ و2) توانمندی صنعت نسبت به روش انتخاب شده در چه سطحی قرار دارد؟ اين تحقیق ابتدا با تعاريفي از فناوري و انتقال فناوري، زوایای مختلف فرایند اکتساب فناوري، از شناسایی، انتخاب، انتقال، بهره‌برداری و اشاعه را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. مدل‌های تصمیم‌گیری ارائه شده توسط آقایان لیتل و فورد شناسایی و براساس داده‌های فوق مدلی برای تحقیق ارائه شده است. در اولین گام سازماندهی و ساختار اجرایی پروژه اکتساب تعیین و تقسیم وظایف اعضا صورت گرفت. ارزیابی توانمندی صنعت و شناسایی و ارزیابی تأمین‌‌کنندگان از مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌های گام دوم بوده است. داده‌های حاصله به وسیله مدل فورد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این پارامترها، تصویری شفاف برای تصمیم‌گیری مناسب مدیران ارشد ایجاد نمود و اقدامات لازم برای اکتساب شناورهای لندینگ کرافت از طریق همکاری مشترک صورت پذیرفت و در انتها مزايا و معايب نحوه دستیابی، توسعه درون‌زا و انتقال، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. http://roshdefanavari.ir/en/Article/Download/20291
