The statistical population includes journals related to science and technology parks indexed in the Noormags, Magiran, and Academic Jihad Scientific databases, which were reviewed over the period from 2001 to 2023. The sample of the study corresponds to the statistical population and includes all 183 identified articles. In this study, research related to science and technology parks was examined from a methodological perspective, including research type, method, instruments, validity, reliability, sampling methods, and findings and results. The findings reveal the existence of major methodological problems in the reviewed studies, particularly with regard to sampling procedures, research type, data collection instruments, and issues of validity and reliability. The results also show that 33.87% of the reviewed studies focused on the pathology of science and technology parks, while only one study (equivalent to 0.54% of the total research) addressed organizational culture and organizational climate. In other words, the findings indicate that most studies are based on quantitative approaches, with questionnaires being the dominant data collection instrument, which is not appropriate in many research contexts. Moreover, in several studies, the sampling method was not reported, representing a significant methodological weakness. Factors such as natural disasters, widespread diseases, economic and political crises, and human errors can create severe and unexpected threats, particularly for startup businesses. In response, new approaches to crisis management and business resilience have been proposed, one of which is the ecological approach to business resilience. Accordingly, this study seeks to develop a framework for explaining the resilience ecosystem in startup businesses. The research strategy of the present study is qualitative and fundamental in terms of purpose, and descriptive&amp;ndash;analytical in terms of nature and method. The meta-synthesis method was employed to screen relevant resources. Out of a total of 412 articles published between 2010 and 2020 related to the research topic, 76 articles were selected for in-depth review. Following the analysis of the findings using the Glaser-based data analysis method, 193 codes were identified and categorized into 24 concepts, 4 subcategories, and 2 main categories. The results indicate that the startup resilience ecosystem consists of accelerators, universities, industrial enterprises, government, and competitors. Accordingly, improving performance and creating competitive advantage, as two key components of market performance, have always been major concerns of top managers. This issue is particularly important for knowledge-based companies, startups, and markets characterized by high entry barriers. In this regard, the present study examines the mediating roles of technological capability and competitive advantage in the relationship between market orientation and market performance in knowledge-based companies. The research method is descriptive&amp;ndash;survey in nature and applied in terms of purpose. The sampling method is based on accessibility and draws on the opinions of senior managers, marketing managers, and sales managers of knowledge-based companies in Razavi Khorasan Province as the case study. The data collection instrument is a standard questionnaire adapted and localized from reliable sources. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were assessed using Cronbach&amp;rsquo;s alpha, composite reliability, and convergent validity. Statistical analyses were conducted using SmartPLS 4 software. The findings and inferential hypothesis testing indicate that, in knowledge-based companies, market orientation has a significant effect on technological capability and competitive advantage. In addition, technological capability and competitive advantage have a direct relationship with market performance. This study focuses on metacognitive processes that enable entrepreneurs to think beyond or reorganize existing knowledge structures and insights, thereby promoting adaptive cognition when faced with new and uncertain decision-making contexts. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the entrepreneurial mindset on startup human resource management, with entrepreneurship education serving as a mediating variable (case study: small and medium-sized enterprises located in science and technology parks in Tehran Province). The statistical population of the study includes 700 employees and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises located in science and technology parks in Tehran Province. Using Cochran&amp;rsquo;s formula, a sample of 248 individuals was randomly selected. The research method is descriptive-correlational in nature and applied in terms of purpose. A standard questionnaire was used to collect the required data. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, and hypothesis testing was performed through structural equation modeling using SmartPLS software. The results indicate that the entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant effect on startup human resource management, considering the mediating role of entrepreneurship education among employees. In addition, the entrepreneurial mindset has a direct positive and significant effect on startup human resource management. Therefore, export management companies should be regarded as pioneering and sustainable entities in this context. The present study is descriptive&amp;ndash;survey in nature and was conducted using a mixed-methods approach (quantitative and qualitative) with the aim of developing strategies for export management companies. The statistical population of the study consisted of 25 experts in the field of export in Razavi Khorasan Province, who were selected through purposive sampling. Through expert interviews conducted until theoretical saturation was achieved, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the research subject were identified. Subsequently, using a questionnaire and quantitative analysis, the IFE and EFE values were calculated to determine the current strategic position, which indicated a defensive approach. For the optimal and successful implementation of information security management systems, in addition to material resources, managerial practices and techniques play a significant role. The adoption of management standards in the field of information security can be planned in such a way that the security status of organizations is aligned with their specific needs, thereby ensuring security from the perspective of business continuity and, to some extent, at other organizational levels. Therefore, in this study, while preserving the classified information of the organization, non-confidential information that could contribute to the improvement of similar organizations was made available. This research began with a review of library resources and relevant theses. After extracting key insights related to the subject, a set of &amp;ldquo;key indicators&amp;rdquo; was identified and categorized into appropriate groups referred to as the &amp;ldquo;key effective factors in the implementation of the information security management system.&amp;rdquo; These factors were then analyzed and evaluated using a questionnaire. A total of 104 questionnaires were distributed and collected within the studied organization in Tehran, after which the required statistical analyses were conducted. Knowledge and financial performance are important factors which, when combined with market orientation, can lead to superior performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of tacit and explicit knowledge on financial performance through the mediating roles of market orientation and innovation in technology companies of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of research design. The statistical population consisted of 160 technology companies, of which 113 companies were selected as a stratified random sample based on the Morgan table. The data collection instrument used in this research was a standard questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed in the face and content dimensions through expert judgment, and in the quantitative dimension through confirmatory factor analysis, as well as convergent and discriminant validity. In addition, the reliability of the instrument was confirmed using Cronbach&amp;rsquo;s alpha and composite reliability. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling and PLS software. The results indicate that tacit and explicit knowledge have a direct effect on market orientation. Market orientation also influences innovation and financial performance, and innovation, in turn, affects financial performance. Moreover, tacit and explicit knowledge influence financial performance through the mediating role of market orientation. Although the concept of technological capability shares certain commonalities across industries, its determinants are highly sector-specific. Therefore, identifying and classifying the key indicators that influence technological capability in E&amp;amp;P companies is essential. Addressing this gap, the present study aims to develop a practical framework for strengthening technological capability in Iranian E&amp;amp;P companies. A mixed-method approach was employed. In the qualitative phase, data were collected through a literature review and field investigations, leading to the identification and categorization of relevant factors and their relational structure with technological capability. In the quantitative phase, a structured questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument. Content and construct validity were confirmed, and reliability was verified using Cronbach&amp;rsquo;s alpha. A sample of 100 respondents from five E&amp;amp;P companies was selected using the Cochran formula, and the measurement and structural models were analyzed using SMART PLS 4 software. The findings indicate that five second-level dimensions&amp;mdash;R&amp;amp;D management capability, legal capabilities, technological cooperation capability, technology absorption and development capacity, and access to resources&amp;mdash;significantly influence technological capability.
