Considering the dominant view of governmental management in Iran on the one hand and the mission of incubators in preparing private startups to enter the market on the other hand, the management of incubators has always faced various challenges. By asking business leaders questions about their concerns and worries about the future, it is possible to identify their key concerns about today and the future so the goal of this research is to discover an image or images of what managers of incubators in Iran envision for the next 10 years, in the form of the strategic challenges and concerns they face. The method used is qualitative, using the content analysis method, and the target community is also the managers of incubators across the country. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of artificial intelligence technology on the purchase intention of consumers of online retail stores. The research approach is quantitative and applied, which was used to collect research data from a 20-question questionnaire among 433 customers of online platforms, whose face and content validity, in addition to being approved by organizational experts and university professors, were checked using confirmatory factor analysis. It was confirmed. To analyze the data from the structural equation test with the help of SmartP software. L. S. Version 3 was used. The findings of the research highlight the positive influence of soft mind, belief and awareness on the adoption of artificial intelligence. It also shows that AI technology acts as a moderator between subjective norms, awareness, belief and customer purchase intention. However, the moderating role of trust in the online brand in relation to the use of artificial intelligence and purchase intention was not confirmed. Finally, the integration of AI into business platforms is found to increase customer purchase intentions. In terms of practical purpose, this study examines comprehensive systematic literature on 2215 articles in the period from 2013 to 2024,using bibliography analysis tools and text mining approach,using Rapid Miner 9.10 and Excel 2016 software. And then it clusters the elements and dimensions of block chain in the field of internet energy. The findings were as follows: 124 records were examined, then 5 main clusters were identified through text mining. Building trust and providing smart virtual infrastructure, systematic productivity for clean energy distribution, safe optimization in energy consumption and conversion, modern management and maturity in technology structure and energy self-evaluation. The results of the survey show that Metaverse can make the educational content more attractive and engage the learners more in the learning experience by focusing on the simulations and interactive communication with the learners. The use of game elements can add to this attraction and deepen the learning of concepts and skills in case of careful design and strengthen thinking skills. Given the ongoing digital transformation and the rapid advancement of AI, Generation Z—recognized as the first cohort to grow up alongside these technologies—demonstrates distinct reactions toward their use. Accordingly, this research seeks to identify and model the key dimensions of AI and their influence on Gen Z’s purchase intentions. To achieve this, an extensive review of prior studies was conducted, hypotheses were developed, and a conceptual model was formulated. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, and 384 respondents were surveyed using purposive sampling. Structural equation modeling was then applied to test the proposed model and hypotheses. The findings reveal that perceived enjoyment and ease of use exert the strongest effects on Gen Z’s adoption of AI in purchasing, whereas perceived usefulness did not show a significant impact. Moreover, AI utilization was found to strongly enhance conversion rate optimization and cognitive engagement with social media platforms. Customer experience also played a powerful mediating role between AI adoption and purchase intention, subsequently fostering electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM). For this purpose, after reviewing the literature, primary indicators were identified and a framework was extracted for conducting semi-structured interviews with experts in this field. Interviews were conducted with 20 academic experts and road freight transportation industry experts in Iran, who were selected using the purposive sampling method and saturation principle. In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the opinions of 170 employees of this industry, who were selected using Cochran's formula and stratified sampling method. The reliability and validity of the interview and questionnaire were checked and confirmed. Delphi technique, literature review, and coding were used for data analysis in the qualitative part, and inferential statistics and SPSS and SmartPLS software were used in the quantitative part Finally, 4 driving indicators, 18 indicators in 5 categories of obstacles and 58 indicators in 7 categories of consequences were extracted and prioritized using Lisrel software and factor analysis. Thus, the purpose of this qualitative research is to identify regulatory components and propose regulatory approaches for digital economy governance using the thematic analysis method. In this study, upstream documents were selected using the documentary method with a theoretical selection approach. Then, using the thematic analysis method and mapping to the main elements of the digital economy; primary, organizing, and all-encompassing themes were identified.
