Research community is included of all managers and experts in which 132 people of this society are selected based on Chochran Formula. The research method is applicable and descriptive and the cronbach’s alpha is used for determining the reability of the research instruments. In this level,the cronbach’s alpha of independent variable of effective factors is equal to 97% and the dependent variable of implementing the knowledge management is equal to 95% that shows the desired level of the reliability for the research instruments. Data are analyzied within two descriptive and analytical levels based on spss software. Reseach assumptions are related to investigating the effects of each dimensions of IT, organizational structure, organizationa culture, motivation and managerial factors on the implementing the knowledge management that allof them are confirmed. Findings show that all effective factors have a direct relationship with implementing the knowledge management. The highest effect is related to the motivation and then IT, organizational culture and then managerial factors. The lowest level is related tothe organizational structure. دنياي رقابتي امروز، ايجاب مي‌كند تا دانش به‌عنوان ارزشمندترين منبع راهبردی شناخته شده و توانايي سازمان به منظور كاربرد دانش براي استفاده از فرصت‌‌هاي بيشتر مورد اهتمام قرار گرفته و در مقايسه با رقبا، مهم‌ترين عملكرد را داشته باشد. هدف از اجراي اين تحقيق، شناسايي و وارسی برخي از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در جهاد دانشگاهي است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی پيمايشی و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه است. براي اعتبار و روايي از صاحب‌نظران حوزه مديريت و آشنا به فناوري اطلاعات استفاده شد و پس از تجميع نظرات، پرسش‌‌نامه براي سنجش پايايي در نمونه 60 نفری مورد آزمون مقدماتی قرار گرفت. در اين مرحله ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ متغير فناوري اطلاعات برابر با 82%، متغير ساختار سازماني برابر با 81% ، متغير فرهنگ سازماني برابر با 92%، متغير انگيزش برابر با 91% و متغير عوامل مديريتي برابر با 93% به دست آمد كه بيانگر قابل اعتماد بودن ابزار سنجش است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش یعنی مدیران و کارشناسان دفتر مرکزی جهاد دانشگاهی شامل 200 نفر بودند که حجم نمونه 132 نفر بدست آمد. يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد، عوامل تأثيرگذار بر پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش شامل فناوری اطلاعات، ساختار سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، انگیزش و عوامل مدیریتی ارتباط مستقيم با پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش دارد. بيشترين اثر به بعد انگیزش اختصاص داشته و بعد از آن ابعاد فناوری اطلاعات، فرهنگ سازمانی، عوامل مدیریتی قرار دارند و كمترين اثربخشی در بین متغیرهای این پژوهش نيز به بعد ساختار سازمانی اختصاص دارد. http://roshdefanavari.ir/fa/Article/Download/20506
