Abstract :
In the field of knowledge-based economy, one of the key players in this field is "knowledge-based enterprises," which play an important role as structural units of the economy. These firms play diverse roles in all economic sectors, and their products have measurable outputs and are a component of efficiency and success in this field. Meanwhile, the presence of disruptive disruptions increases the risk of these companies going bankrupt. Since knowledge-based companies, due to their newness and growth stage, have a greater need for resilience for development and growth, Resilience is critical to ensuring their survival and minimizing the disruption caused by a disaster. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to identify and prioritize resilience criteria using a combined Delphi and BWM model and to rank knowledge-based companies based on resilience criteria using the Promethean approach. Based on the Delphi results, seven criteria, agility, flexibility, observability, individual and organizational creativity, foresight, leadership in crisis, and systems thinking, were identified as the final criteria for resilience Based on the BWM results, agility ranks first with a weight of 0.18 and flexibility ranks second with a weight of 0.179. Examining the contribution of each indicator to the resilience of companies also showed that the flexibility and foresight indicators have the greatest impact, and the responsibility indicator has the least impact on the formation of the resilience of Ferdowsi Mashhad Knowledge-Based Products Company. Then, according to the weights of the resilience criteria, 16 knowledge-based companies were prioritized using the PROMETHEE method.
