In contemporary economics, knowledge is key element for organizational competitiveness. Therefore diverse organizations, especially small and medium-sized companies should have a clear position in their organizations current knowledge in order to survive and achieve accomplishment. The purpose of this study was to present a perspicuous condition of knowledge management strategies in firms, located in Isfahan science and technology town (ISTT). 98 firms were selected in a simple randomized sampling and their managers were requested to answer the questionnaire asking 47 questions about 4 different knowledge strategies, including knowledge application, knowledge transfer, organizational knowledge and producing knowledge. The type of this study is survey research. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation). The results indicate that the dominant strategy of knowledge management in the town in applying knowledge is human-centered strategy, in field of knowledge transfer is social strategy, in the development and producing of knowledge is applied strategies in field of organizational knowledge is innovations strategy. This finding demonstrates that firms’ emphasis on hidden knowledge and their knowledge has more personal nature. It is proposed to modify the existing state that empirical knowledge of personals is written to be easily shared with others. Manuscript profile

Todays, patent information is known as the most important resource of technical and technological information. Analysis of patent information, generate valuable knowledge in different fields and many of managers and researchers can use it. In many developed counters, using patent analysis is an ordinary task in research environments (as an analytical tool). In this paper, first, author attempts to describe the attributes and the structure of patent information and secondly, the application of patent analysis is described. Finally, the necessity of patent analyses is discussed Manuscript profile

PATENT - the inventor`s right to use and exploit out of his thought and invention - is an economic right; i.e. it can be bought and sold. Since it is an intangible right and we have no physical possession on it. Since the inventor is the only and the first person who must benefit from his invention and prevent others from copying, the best way for protecting the inventor against competitors who wants to imitate the inventor`s invention is to register the invention in a governmental organization and give the actual inventor a PATENT. So patenting an invention - and other intangible properties - has an important role to prove property rights on it. The aim of this paper is to affiliate the inventors with patent offices, the steps of patenting, and the necessity of patenting their invention for protecting against competitors. More over, this paper aims to have a study about some patent registration systems in some countries including Iran. Manuscript profile

In recent years, the advent of cloud computing has brought significant advances in the IT industry, and business management. One of the most important advantages of this technology is its reduced cost and the ability to seamlessly manage resources without the need for costly deployment of multiple infrastructures and software, and is thus widely used in the deployment of management systems and systems in organizations. Cloud computing technology has also been widely used in human resource management systems. In many cases the implementation and deployment of multiple HRM systems and software, especially for small and medium-sized organizations, entails numerous costs. Cloud computing technology is a tool that allows organizations to form and manage management systems, including their own human resource management systems, in a seamless, low-cost cloud environment. The purpose of this study is to explore the applications, advantages and challenges of cloud computing technology in human resource management, and its implementation requirements especially in small and medium enterprises. The study was carried out through library method and literature review. And it has attempted to review how literature and the requirements of cloud computing are applied in human resource management by reviewing literature and research in this area. Based on the findings of this study, the applications of cloud computing in human resource management systems in SMEs are widespread. This technology can be used in talent recruitment, training and development of human resources, compensation management systems, and human resource management and evaluation. Also, the advantages and challenges of this technology in human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises can be categorized into two general categories, including internal and external factors. Internal advantages and challenges include technical, security, human, and financial factors, and external factors include environmental and legal factors. The applications and advantages and challenges of this technology are described in detail in the HRM systems of SMEs. The findings of this study can serve as a basis for companies and organizations to manage small organizations using and utilizing cloud computing technology in human resource management systems. oday, receiving and sharing information is easier and cheaper than before, enabling organizations to handle large volumes of data at a high speed and variety in the name of big data. Big data technology provides many opportunities when problems are resolved correctly. Data processing technologies in the past are not suitable for dealing with large quantities of generated data. While Suggested frameworks for big data applications help to store, analyze and process data. In this study, we first reviewed and summarized the big data definitions, and challenges of using it and then a number of important big data frameworks (Hadoop, Flink, Storm, Spark and Samza) have been studied and compared comparatively. The studied framework of big data is generally classified into two categories: (1) batch mode; and (2) stream mode. The Hadoop framework processes data in batch mode, while other frameworks allow stream or real time processing. Ultimately, the most important applications of using big data technology have been described. The most important applications for big data analysis are healthcare applications, advisory systems, smart cities and social networks analysis. Due to the growth of Internet-connected devices, social networking data is growing widely and requires more big data technology. Also, the most challenges of big data application, including confidentiality in storage systems, software deficiencies and the limitation of existing hardware and equipment, the need for large initial investment and the lack of technical skills and expert workforce. Patents play an important role in Intellectual Property protection. So, in recent years a considerable attention has been paid to patent and prior-art search. In process of patent application filing, searching in the previous patent database is of great importance. Patent examiners search in a huge database of patents to find if there exists any similarity between applicant’s claim and the previous registered patents. This process that called patent invalidity run, is one of the important stages of patent registration. Because of legal aspects of this process, the searcher should not leave any relevant patent document. So patent searching is essentially a recall-oriented issue in information retrieval applications. In recent years, the use of intelligent information retrieval in this search process has been investigated by many researchers. In this paper we investigate various methods of information retrieval that have been proven to be effective in retrieving relevant results. The survey also has focused on query formulation and how to transform a query patent into a search query. So we have explored different factors of a successful transformation, such as how many query words should be used, where to extract query words, how to weight them and whether to use noun-phrases instead of individual words. Furthermore, the survey covers researches that combine different features and has been proven to make a significant improvement in retrieval performance. Manuscript profile
