        In turbulent business environment, organizations are struggling to make themselves agility and for this purpose, it is necessary for them to reengineer the business process. Selecting an appropriate process for reengineering can improve organization in low cost and high speed. This means that organization should select reengineering processes with the greatest potential for change and also generate the best result for the organizations agility. Due to the high failure rate in business processes reengineering, risk assessment is important for these processes. This paper aims to assess the potential risk in the success of business processes reengineering. This study is an applied research in terms of results and in terms of variables; it includes qualitative variables and takes place in the field of descriptive researches and performs via survey method. Cronbach's alpha method is used for the reliability and content for validity. To verify the hypothesis of research, correlation and regression methods are used. A case study performed small and medium enterprises of an Incubator in Ferdowsi University. The innovative aspect of research is to create a new perspective to examine the effect of risk and failure rates in business processes reengineering. According to the results of this research, among the potential risk dimensions, management support and workplace have the greatest impact on success rate of business processes reengineering.         In order to survive in active and changing business environment, organizations should provide vital information for the managers by using new methods in a very short time. As Small and Medium Enterprises are the heart of economy; there’s no doubt in the importance of small and medium industries’ role in countries’ economic development so they need to use this new methods and systems. By using new technologies, SMEs are able to apply new processes like supply chain management, customer relationship management, and knowledge management. Business intelligence as a new concept could integrate the scattered and heterogeneous organizational data and by using business intelligence systems, SME's would be able to provide multi-dimensional analytical reports for their managers to make correct decisions. In addition to above systems, a powerful, committed and adaptive leadership method could provide the basis for effective utilization of the business intelligence systems. In this article, first we introduce Business Intelligence and Transformational leadership, and then we will investigate the importance of business intelligence systems usage and the role of transformational management in SMEs.         Scientific researches considered as one of the main and the most important ways in finding the obscure and hidden facts about the universe as well as discovering new resources and strategies for problems and necessities of human being and the society. in line with reaching the country's development objectives, the role of universities and research centers in establishing social institutions and foundations which are in deal with such centers, is highly effective. Comprehensive and expanded protection of policymakers and officials from science and technology development centers and parks in addition to adopting new managing methods, would lay the necessary grounds for achieving the associated objectives. It is obvious that filling the existing gap between universities and other sectors such as industry, agriculture, health, etc, As well as transfer of knowledge and technology through such centers would be facilitated. That is, the science and technology parks accelerate the economic knowledge-based growth and development. Science and technology parks as research and development units can solve lots of existing problems and improve the situation and condition. With a glance to some of the units' activities it can be grasped that they have not been fully utilized yet. From many important factors, the lack of sound resource and facilitates distribution based on priorities, and lack of required decision adoption by innovation and technology policy makers and planners, different communication, law, and regulation problems lead to lack of suitable utilization. One of the patterns which presented for solving such a problem is the utilization of intermediary organizations and institutions in the cycle of the research to the market which could be realigned through establishing science and technology parks. Science and technology parks play essential role in creating and developing technology institution and professional research centers. Farther more, such R&D units would facilitate the aggregation and technical cooperation with its complimentary units such as engineering services companies, engineering and designing institutes, and professional research centers. Also, it provides suitable connection for funding and addressing the groups adjusted with R&D activities. This article by mentioning the establishment and characteristics of Iranian science and technology parks, explains the general situation of such centers are explained based on geographical conditions and establishing bodies as well as the numerous of center categorized based on dependence type and their different activities and international organization. Such as: the use of potential ability of society and economy, support of Small and Medium size Enterprises (SMEs) , unemployment insurance, aid small producers by buying their products and help them to establish and launch services and manufacturing units that require less capital, and pay for new ideas to help those who have the ability to think, but are not able to produce or to do a service.What has been chosen as the solution by ninth government, In Iran since 2005, was development of SMEs and support them more, inorder to expand the dominance of their activities with the purpose of reducing unemployment. experts have presented several opposite and agree comments regarding the success or failure possible. Achievement of objectives such as equitable distribution of resources in disadvantaged areas, increasing production and exports, strengthening of economic mobility, enhance entrepreneurship, employment and increased job opportunities demonstrates is role of small enterprises in the agricultural sector development. Now, small enterprises play an important role in the development economic indicators and So take advantage of new methods of doing business such as e-commerce process will be very effective role in the development and success of these enterprises in the agricultural sector. In this regard, e-commerce will be able to trade agricultural products and e and more than any other technology will find its match.         Today, supporting & development of SMEs is one of major priorities of each countrys developing plans. Although these enterprises need less investment but have more outputs and play a key role in innovation, entrepreneurship & increasing share of countrys exports. SMEs play as a motor of growth in the countries in knowledge based economy era. So in most countries, various laws & facilities has been developed for supporting SMEs. In our country, supporting the development of SMEs have a special position in countrys development plans and article 21 and article 39 have a direct refer to support the development of SMEs. In this way, government has to design and implement special supportive plans for SMEs. But until now, there is no complete, efficient & effective model to support SMEs in the country. Thus, this paper by focusing in this challenge, tries to introduce a framework to present a support plan for SMEs. This article has a whole literature review on SMEs and beside the quantitative definition of SMEs, introduces qualitative definition of them. Then in this paper we analyze available trends and models in context of planning and developing processes for SMEs, and recognize factors which affect this process and on the base of the best practices of EU for SMEs, introduce a functional framework for planning, supporting & development of SMEs.         Nowadays, according to development of academic research in the field of high technologies, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a pivotal role in stimulating entrepreneurial growth and economic prosperity. So it is necessary to answer the question that what factors causes this firms growth and success. The main purpose of this study is identifying the affecting factors of knowledge based firms growth and success by use of qualitative study. In terms of purpose, this study is practical and the analytical methodology was used. For this purpose semi-structured interview by using thematic analyzing is conducted. Experts whom interviewed are 20 executive managers of top and successful knowledge based firms located in Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) (Sheikh Bahai) in the last three years. The review of literature, and the results of interviews showed 3main themes that classify the affecting factors of knowledge based firms growth and success to 3 levels: individual, organizational and environmental. Based on the results, it seems that government and environmental conditions play a more important role in providing appropriate context for knowledge based firms’ growth and success. According to the interviews, view government and environmental conditions has main role in success and durability of knowledge based firms and spin-offs. Finally, based on the results, referring to existing shortcomings in the field of this firm’s activity and the main emphases of the experts, the necessary considerations for effective factors reinforcement has provided.         In many countries, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), especially enterprises in science and technology parks act as economic engine and marketing is an important activity in these businesses. But, understand marketing, functions, role and importance of it by managers / owners of these enterprises and also the questions raised barriers that must be answered to it. In this regard, the present study aimed to investigate the role of marketing in small and medium enterprises based in East Azarbaijan Province Science and Technology Park has been done. To achieve the research objectives of qualitative approach and case study method was used. The study population consisted of managers / owners of enterprises based in East Azarbaijan Province Science and Technology Park that is using purposive sampling method, 10 samples were selected. Initial data collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the inductive method was used. The results indicate that marketing as a set of activities and measures that are used in large companies, particularly in the studied companies were not understood. However, word of mouth marketing communication, understanding customer needs and having long-term interaction and relationship with the customer was the most important marketing activities and actions that had the most significant role in the growth and survival of them. Most interviewees focus on the daily execution of some tasks limited marketing and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan for, the expertise and financial resources were not sufficient.         Tourism small and medium enterprises (TSMEs( are more responsive to market demand when compared with larger companies. And if they use business intelligence system, they can enjoy high competition. The cloud platform for implementing business intelligence reduces maintenance and implementation costs for these businesses.The globalization of the markets requires the adaptation of the firm for business sustainability . Cloud deployments of BI and analytics platforms have the potential to reduce cost of ownership and speed time to deployment. In order to subsist, TSMEs have to take advantage of the new technology and new concepts for survival .The statistical population in the qualitative phase included 19 academics and experienced experts in the area of business intelligence .chosen by the purposive sampling approach. Further, in the quantitative phase, 393 people among the mangers of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Mazandaran Province, Iran, were participated. In the current study, the Meta-synthesis method has been utilized to identify the fundamental categories of business intelligence (BI). Fuzzy Delphi method (FDM) has been applied for parameter validation purposes, and eventually, the Cloud business intelligence model has been presented through exploiting the interpretive structural modeling. Final indices, 6 main factors, 27 sub-factors and 34 identifiers were obtained. In this regard, the data analysis process has been performed by MATLAB and MicMac software. Our research has shown that the two main themes of business stimuli and characteristics have the highest influence on other variables.. Manuscript profile
