One of the issues encountered by the Iranian Humanities and Social Sciences Society is the commercialization of knowledge and business creation in this field. As a result, the deprivation of business areas from the benefits and capacities of the humanities and social sciences, the wasting of the country's capital, the unemployment of a large number of graduates, immigration and employment in irrelevant businesses are the main consequences of this issue. Therefore, this paper attempts by reviewing the literature on entrepreneurship, the supporting ecosystem of entrepreneurship and the study of two domestic and international universities, provide some solutions for developing university entrepreneurship in the field of humanities and social sciences. The results show that in comprehensive universities, firstly, engineering faculties and then social sciences, economics and management schools engage in entrepreneurship. However, other colleges are resisting entrepreneurship. Therefore, at a humanities university, the stimulation of all faculties for entrepreneurship innovatively, along with the pursuit of scientific and research tasks, should be carefully addressed and start with the colleges whose products and services are closer to the market. In addition, there is no universal framework for creating an academic entrepreneurship ecosystem. Thus, the officials of the universities in the field of humanities must be able to create a environment in which, while preserving the traditional values of education and research, put the commercialization capacity of creating entrepreneurial culture in the university at the center of attention of students and staff. The present study was conducted using descriptive analysis, literature reviews and library resources such as books and theoretical and applied entrepreneurship papers. Finally, the collected resources were classified into two categories of supply and demand factors. The factors on the supply side include economic development, technological development, globalization, direct foreign investment and financial development, and demand factors include education, population growth, population density, income level, income gap, access to finance, Tax, labor market flexibility rules, political structure, immigration, unemployment rate, institutional characteristics and macroeconomic environment. One of the most important tools for entrepreneurial growth and development is the existence of a culture that supports entrepreneurship. In this study, the cultural barriers of entrepreneurship were identified and the entrepreneurial culture and failure culture in the entrepreneurial society were evaluated. This study was conducted on the basis of qualitative and quantitative mixed research. The statistical population included the entrepreneurs of Khorasan Razavi Technical and Vocational Training Centers, which was determined by the purposeful sampling method of snowballs due to the dispersion of the community. The results of the qualitative section showed that entrepreneurs are facing cultural barriers such as lack of culture of creativity, rejection of failure, negative attitude to risk, distrust of women's empowerment, the existence of patriarchal culture in society and organizations and parental opposition to girls' entrepreneurial activities. Also, the results of the quantitative section showed that the rate of failure in the studied community is very high and entrepreneurs agree to give the failed people a chance again. In general, the analysis of qualitative and quantitative results shows that the cultural subsystem in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is not in a good situation and the existing culture is not supportive of entrepreneurship and even prevents the emergence of entrepreneurship in many cases. The Innovation Hub is a unique research and innovation ecosystem. It is a global environment that attracts high quality academic members, researchers, students, innovators and entrepreneurs. Innovation Hub as essential components of knowledge-based economic and social development in the innovation ecosystem have been expanding in recent years and have been considered by science and technology policymakers in countries during the growth mechanisms of technology businesses. For the growth of technological innovations in developing countries, it is necessary to have a deeper knowledge and understanding of the processes of innovation development structures in order to achieve the desired effectiveness in implementation and modeling, so the present study seeks to aim at how the Technology Innovation Hub modelis. In this study, a qualitative and quantitative mixed method was used. Researchers identified key factors in creating the innovation hub by library studies and interviews with experts. These factors included six dimensions of network and social interaction, infrastructure and resources, the existence of innovative and knowledge-based companies, institutional factors, team and structure. In this study, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method, the factors affecting the creation of the Technology Innovation Hub were superficially prioritized and the relationships between the factors were calculated. The results showed that the management team factor and the structure with high degree of permeability and low dependence have had the greatest impact on the relationships between the factors. He was the founder of Mazandaran province that structural and interpretive modeling method was used in designing this model. The research method was descriptive-correlational. According to the research background,39components were selected in the form of seven dimensions (structural-strategy-management-people-technology-content-environment).Then,the opinions of 20 university professors and managers of knowledge-based companies who were experts in the field of digital entrepreneurship were used. Interpretive structural modeling and MICMAC analysis were used to cluster the dimensions of digital entrepreneurship. ISM results showed that the foundation of digital entrepreneurship is first (structural-technological), second (managerial), third (strategy) and fourth (people-content-environmental). Also, after MICMAC analysis, the dimensions (structural-technology) in the independent cluster and the dimensions (individuals-content-environment) in the dependent cluster and the dimensions (strategy-management) in the autonomous cluster were included.
